Mechanical properties:

3. Transparent granular materials, injection molding, extrusion
molding.Mold temperature 300-300 degrees.over 350 degrees ,it is
easy to cause discoloration or bubbling.Appropriate high speed &
low pressure to mold , and pay attention to demoulding will be some
difficult.
ETFE has the corrosion resistance properties of ptfe, at the same time it has a strong adhesion characteristics to metal .It overcomes PTFE’s non-adhesive properties to metal defect, together with its average linear expansion coefficient is close to the linear expansion coefficient of carbon steel, ETFE becomes into an ideal metal composited material with extremely high negative pressure resistant properties.ETFE has excellent comprehensive performance, small friction coefficient, excellent mechanical properties, highest low temperature impact strength among the existing fluorine plastic.Good dielectric properties, low dielectric constant, perfect radiation resistance performance.
Typical usage:
ETFE can be made into complex shape products. It is suitable for making corrosion resistance parts, wear parts for the antifriction, seal, insulation parts and medical equipment parts, wire, cable insulation, cable sheath, anticorrosive equipment, sealing materials, pump valve bushing, anti-corrosion pump/valve, pipe fittings and lining, chemical containers, etc.
